Limited warranty framework

The Standard package is presented with a one-year limited warranty and the Pro package with a two-year limited warranty. Final warranty terms should be reviewed by counsel and aligned with the manufactured device, battery, enclosure, sensors, accessories, and jurisdictions of sale.

Expected coverage

A production warranty may cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal archaeological field use. It should define repair, replacement, return authorization, proof of purchase, shipping responsibility, and service turnaround.

Expected exclusions

Misuse, unauthorized modification, damage from improper charging, loss of project data, use outside rated conditions, ordinary wear, and damage to third-party devices are typical exclusions that require final legal language.
